CXM and insights platform Alida has upgraded its flagship Sparq digital insights platform with twenty new or enhanced features, based on feedback from its own clients.
The company, formerly known as Vision Critical, says it now has 163 million members in its insight communities and that the 60,000 projects launched on its platform in 2020 have achieved an average participation rate of 23%.
The new enhancements include Enterprise Controls & Advanced Data Privacy, giving secure access to data and personally identifiable information collected, via more than 200 new tags governing activity access; AI and Machine Learning functionality for features like open rate prediction, response rates benchmarks and post moderation; a mobile app for administrators to monitor survey progress within a dashboard; and the option to run Quick Polls in the platform's Hubs section.
