QuestionPro Buys Auto Sector CEM Specialist Enprecis

December 17 2020

Online survey software provider QuestionPro has acquired Enprecis Group, which designs, develops and distributes enterprise-class daily tracking and CEM software for the automotive sector. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vivek BhaskaranFounded in 2008, Enprecis offers solutions including the Foresight Customer Experience (CX) Management platform and CQi Vehicle Experience (VX) platform to measure continuous vehicle quality. Dealership and field staff at vehicle manufacturers and other clients can use the Foresight and Foresight for Mobile solutions to analyze and respond to survey feedback from anywhere.

With the acquisition of Enprecis from private equity group Bregal Sagemount, QuestionPro has launched AutoX, billed as a pioneering 360-degree solution for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). AutoX combines QuestionPro's data from employees, customers and other research with 'VX' vehicle experience data from Enprecis, analysing them in a single platform.

Enprecis will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of QuestionPro, while both companies will offer the new suite of services under the brand name AutoX. Vivek Bhaskaran (pictured), founder and CEO of QuestionPro, comments: 'Covid-19 has accelerated an already changing landscape for consumers' expectations and behaviour as they purchase and maintain their cars. It's now more critical than ever for OEMs and auto brands to understand those expectations and how to ensure that they are meeting them. Bringing together QuestionPro and Enprecis unlocks the power of engagement across the full lifecycle and ecosystem of vehicle ownership'.
