Tech Solutions Firm Infogain Buys Absolutdata

Analytics firm Absolutdata has been acquired by Infogain, a tech solutions provider - both are headquartered in the Bay Area of San Francisco.

Absolutdata's NAVIK AI platform includes pre-built and customizable AI-powered SaaS solutions such as ASK NAVIK, NAVIK SalesAI, NAVIK MarketingAI, NAVIK ResearchAI and NAVIK TradeAI. The firm was founded in 2001 and employs 400 people, with additional offices in New York, Chicago, London, Singapore, Dubai and Gurgaon.

Infogain, which is backed by investor ChrysCapital and previously acquired Silicus Technologies and Revel Consulting, offers a human-centered digital platform and software engineering services including robotic process automation and IoT. Absolutdata says its data scientists and solution engineers can now work with strategy, experience and cloud technology experts to deliver comprehensive AI and analytics solutions and improved digital transformation.
