European customer service specialist Dive has acquired Norwegian mystery shopping and customer satisfaction agency Ukjent Kunde. Terms were not disclosed.
Dive has locations in Central and Northern Europe and the buy brings its headcount to more than 75 people in six countries, performing more than 140 000 mystery visits each year. The acquired company will continue to be run by MD Amund Brygard (pictured right), who has been with it since 2014.
Kaspar Jänes, Chairman of the Board of Dive comments: 'Ukjent Kunde is the main provider of mystery shopping in Norway and is a perfect match for our geographical expansion'. Dive CEO Kerli Soosaar (pictured left) says a strong office in Norway and an increasingly large shopper database in the Nordics 'raises the firm's competitive position to new levels'.
Brygard says the move will allow his firm to run large multicountry projects within the same company network.
