Qualtrics Debuts Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Measure

February 24 2021

Experience management (XM) company Qualtrics has launched a solution to help organisations uncover insights about diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and sense of belonging across their organisations, and enable them to take actions that drive systemic change.

Jay ChoiThe new solution, which is part of the firm's employee engagement trend tracker EmployeeXM, uses a validated model that measures drivers of inclusion across the entire employee experience - from the candidate experience, to onboarding and ongoing tenure. Qualtrics says that by combining these DEI experience insights with operational and demographic data from existing HR systems, organisations will be able to identify the actions that will drive inclusive, equitable, and diverse processes and cultures.

Qualtrics' DEI solution combines research-backed best practices combined with the firm's Employee Experience technology, and can be embedded across current employee experience programs, or run as a standalone program. It also offers pre-built question sets and guides, to help execs 'ask the right questions in the right way at the right times' to gain relevant insights from employees.

Jay Choi (pictured), Chief Product Officer, comments: 'The best organisations in the world don't view DEI as an HR initiative, but as a business imperative that makes them stronger. With the Qualtrics DEI solution, organisations will have the data they need to create more diverse teams that perform better, are more engaged, and stay longer.'

The firm, which has partnered with consulting firm Korn Ferry to grow and expand the impact of its DEI solution, is online at: www.qualtrics.com .
