NewtonX Launches B2B Sampling Solution

March 22 2021

In New York, B2B research company NewtonX has launched Knowledge Graph, which promises to help companies find and engage with 'hard-to-find, high-quality, high-caliber professionals'.

Germain ChastelNewtonX fields large-scale quant surveys, facilitates qualitative interviews, engages in long-term consultations and creates customized research plans. Using its new solution, the firm claims to be able to find the right subject matter expertise from an open network of 1.1 billion global professionals across 140 industries, identifying the exact audience for clients' business questions, with every professional ID, background, and all subject matter verified. Users can ask specific queries to a large number of professionals in any field and receive vetted responses and data.

Rather than recruiting from an existing panel, NewtonX uses a process that enables real-time identification, contacting and vetting of specific professionals. The graph uses natural language processing and Elasticsearch to filter the most relevant professionals to the top of the list, and the service then builds associations and relationships between fields with each interaction.

Germain Chastel (pictured), co-founder and CEO, comments: 'Information is the lifeblood of innovation, but much of the data we collect today lacks the accuracy needed for educated decision making. Verification and vetting are the pillars of trust and that's what the NewtonX Knowledge Graph delivers'.
