DVJ Hires Toynebee-Smith to Expand London Team

Full-service agency DVJ Insights has appointed Jemma Toynebee-Smith as Client Consultant in its UK team, based in London.

Jemma Toynebee-SmithNetherlands-based DVJ helps clients improve communications, build brands, launch more innovative products and services, and understand consumer buying behaviour. Toynebee-Smith (pictured) joins after serving as MD of strategic marketing, research and insight consultancy b twelve, before which she worked for Lloyds Banking Group as Senior Insight Manager - Media and Campaign Insight; and HSBC as Head of Brand & Marketing Insights - UK. Earlier, she worked for Kantar Worldpanel as Senior Director, focusing on shopper analytics; and Kantar Millward Brown as Client Director, specialising in brand and communications research.
