Dynata Hires New Chief Technology Officer

First-party data and insights platform Dynata has appointed Dilip Nagaraja as Chief Technology Officer, driving the continued development of the firm's platform and automating the processing, access and distribution of its products.

Dynata taps ongoing research relationships with more than 62 million opted-in consumers around the world to compile data comprising thousands of attributes. Nagaraja (pictured) joins from financial services firm Blucora, where he served as CTO and led the company through a digital transformation by building and launching its SaaS-based product suite. He was previously SVP, Product Engineering and Architecture at HR software company Paycor, and Head of Global Payments Engineering at Amazon.com.

In his new role, Nagaraja replaces Kalyan Raman, who has served as CTO for the past nearly four years, after nearly a decade as CTO at Nielsen. A spokesperson for Dynata was unable to give details of Raman's next career move. Commenting on Nagaraja's appointment, CEO Gary Laben said: 'The addition of Dilip's technology leadership and skill set will enable us to continue to expand the capabilities of our Dynata Insights Platform as an all-in-one solution, delivering value at every stage of that journey at the speed and scale of business'.
