Talkwalker Buys Review Management Platform Reviewbox

In the US, social media listening and analytics specialist Talkwalker has acquired review management platform Reviewbox for an undisclosed sum.

Knoxville, Tennessee-based Reviewbox provides manufacturers and brands with insights across their eCommerce marketplaces, and enables them to receive notifications and analytics for product reviews, content, prices and more.

According to Talkwalker, this acquisition will enable it to expand its product review capability and integrate Reviewbox's eCommerce data, including product reviews, product catalogs, and pricing, into its consumer intelligence platform. As part of the deal, all existing Reviewbox staff, including CEO James Horey, will join the Talkwalker team.
