Senior Hire for Kantar Public in Singapore

Kantar Public, the global insights group's public policy evidence and advisory division, has appointed social scientist Issac Lim in the new role of Head of Policy Development, Evaluation & Data Analytics within its Singapore business.

Issac LimLim (pictured) joins from the National Healthcare Group, where he founded and led a multi-disciplinary data analytics team, Health Outcomes and Medical Education Research (HOMER) for more than ten years. His core focus has been on helping policy makers and key decision makers unpack complex issues, identify actionable insights, and deliver better social, behavioural and organisational outcomes. A research and evaluation conference speaker and educator, he was awarded Singapore's Commendation Medal in recognition of his contribution to public service.

In the new role, Lim will grow and strengthen the division's policy development, evaluation and data analytics expertise, with a focus on 'integrating and triangulating' multiple data sources to better support public policy-makers.

His extensive background in organisational behaviour, programme evaluation and data analytics, together with his leadership skills and postgraduate training from the National University of Singapore, Oxford, and Stanford, will further enhance our ability to advise clients on the next generation of public policy and programmes'.

The division hired Damien Huang for the newly created role of Director for Policy Research, Development and Evaluation, in Singapore, in June this year.
