UK-based research consultancy Differentology has expanded its team with the appointment of eight new employees. The firm has also promoted Oksana Uustalu to Associate Director, and Anna Walton to Senior Research Executive.
Recently acquired from marcoms group e>erything d.fferent, by its management team, the company, which is headquartered in Newcastle with additional offices in London, offers bespoke research to uncover what motivates groups of people. It then helps clients apply these 'human truths' to concepts, journeys, products and positioning before adopting a co-creation approach to spark ideas, and uses 'creative communication' to disseminate the findings.
Aidan Dodgson joins the company's Data team as its newest Executive; with Becky Yates, Chloe Francis-Holmes, Fergus Walsh, Krystal Drake, Laura Machin and Lauren Baynham all joining the business in newly created Research Executive roles. Paige Fiedorowicz completes the line up as Assistant to the Finance team. CEO Mark James comments: 'All of our new starters add something unique to the existing team. It's going to be hugely exciting to see how they grow as people, and help to drive the business forward.'
Uustalu joined in London in 2017 as Insight Manager, having previously worked for MTM London as an RE and then SRE, and begun her MR career at BDRC. Walton, who is based in the north, has been an RE at the company for more than two years, having previously worked for Explain Market Research as an MR Assistant. Lizzie Gilthorpe, MD, adds: 'Both Oksana and Anna have been a key part of Differentology's success, and we're thrilled and proud to see them rise.'
