L&E Updates 'Virtual Facility' Offer

Raleigh, NC-based qual firm L&E Research has upgraded its 'Virtual Facility' HD Video Streaming solution, using Zoom technology on Amazon's AWS, and allowing researchers to log in to observe, chat, and record clips and highlights.

Launched in May, Virtual Facility is integrated with the L&E Client Portal, and the firm says unlimited remote viewers can now stream sessions live from anywhere with an Internet connection, using the integrated chat functionality to communicate with team members in real time. It also features MR-focused video editing tools including video markers and highlighting features; secure log-in; and a dedicated support team.

L&E Research, whose services include recruitment, focus group facilities and a range of qual technology solutions, says the Virtual Facility service will be free to customers through the end of the year when coupled with Zoom usage.
