Norstat Hires for New Chief Commercial Officer Role

Data collection company Norstat has hired Graciella Garmann for its newly created role of Chief Commerical Officer. She will join the group on Monday.

Norstat, which is headquartered in Oslo, Norway offers online data collection through proprietary consumer panels, and also collects data through telephone, personal interviews, focus groups, postal and mystery shopping in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In 2019, the group was acquired by investment firm Triton, and this year, Norstat has acquired Danish MR counterpart DMA Research, Amsterdam-based firm Respondenten.nl, Zurich-based TestingTime, and Hoorn-based CG Research.

Garmann (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience in leadership roles in the professional services sector. Most recently, she held various management roles at KPMG across strategy, business development, clients and markets and managed services, and supporting the group's growth initiatives relating to digital and technology. Prior to this, she was Marketing & Communications Director at IT and business consulting services firm CGI, having earlier spent seven years at Capgemini Consulting, where she latterly served as Marketing & Communications Manager.

In her new role, Garmann will be a member of the company's executive management team, with responsibility for commercial strategies.
