Versiti Co-founder Gervais Joins The Foundation

In London, customer-led growth specialist The Foundation has appointed Versiti co-founder Marie-Claude Gervais as a Director.

Marie-Claude GervaisThe Foundation is a management consultancy helping its clients to address organic growth challenges. Using 'immersion', personal conversations with customers and leaders of organisations in other sectors, the firm supports the development of new propositions, improvement of customer experiences, and the creation of customer-led strategies for issues like increasing retention or lifetime value.

Gervais (pictured) joins after co-founding diversity strategy and research agency Versiti five years ago with Stephen Cribbett, the founder of online qual and community insights firm Further. Prior to this she was a Director at online research and communities specialist FORUM Research, and a Director at Quadrangle Group. Earlier, she founded Ethos Research & Consultancy, which focused on research with people from ethnic minority backgrounds; and she spent seven years as a Lecturer in Social Psychology at the London School of Economics.
