India's Entropik Launches Eye Tracking Platform

India-based emotion AI specialist Entropik Tech has launched a multi-platform eye tracking platform, which works on both web and mobile devices.

The firm, which also has a business presence across the EU, North America, Middle East and SE Asia, offers artificial intelligence-enabled emotion recognition technologies including facial coding and brainwave mapping. Its proprietary insights platform Affect Lab allows brands to measure consumers' subconscious preferences towards marketing, brand and product experiences. Recently, the company announced the beta launch of its conversational intelligence platform Decode, which gathers conversation data and creates a layer of intelligence on top to turn conversations into insights.

The new eye tracking tech, which uses AI and machine learning technologies for solving issues such as lighting and camera quality, is built for enterprise-scale integration, enabling brands to conduct multiple tests and access online respondents across 120 countries. The technology will also be available for external integration through web and mobile software development kits (SDKs), enabling developers and companies to measure eye gaze data at scale.
