Conversation Intel Firm Unbounce Buys LeadsRx

Canadian conversation intelligence platform Unbounce has acquired US marketing analytics platform LeadsRx for an undisclosed sum.

AJ BrownPortland, Oregon-based LeadsRx helps marketers understand the value of each customer touchpoint across digital, radio, TV, podcasts, streaming services and other advertising channels. The company's software and services - including multi-touch attribution, customer journey analytics and first-party data - are designed to help organizations improve customer acquisition efficiency, grow lifetime value, and identify wasted ad spend. Unlike other marketing attribution platforms, LeadsRx says it doesn't rely on third-party cookies but instead develops private identity graphs for each of its clients.

According to Unbounce, the acquisition will enable it to bring the power of marketing attribution to its small and midsize business customers. LeadsRx co-founder AJ Brown (pictured) will remain CEO while reporting to CEO of Unbounce, Felicia Bochicchio; and the 21-person LeadsRx team will continue to operate independently.
