UK Healthcare Field Firms Merge

February 1 2022

In the UK, East Anglia-based participant recruitment agencies Creative Medical Recruit (CMR) and Healthcare Fieldwork have merged to form a new company, MediVoice Recruit. The firm will offer recruitment for Human Factors and usability studies as well as general healthcare MR.

Hayley AlgarCMR was formed in 2010 and has built networks of hard-to-reach participant groups, along with in-depth experience in Human Factors research, the development of medical devices and regulation in the sector. Healthcare Fieldwork was founded in 2016 to fill a gap in the market for healthcare specific participant recruitment in South East England - it now recruits throughout the UK in most major cities.

MediVoice Recruit offers all aspects of fieldwork from writing screening questionnaires to organising logistics such as venue booking and moderation or transcription and the shipping of materials; and allows the two organisations to pool their experience and improve their international reach, service and pricing options. The company has a new logo with a heart icon formed from the M and V of MediVoice.

Recruitment Director Hayley Algar (pictured) comments: 'The two agencies have always had a very strong partnership even prior to Healthcare Fieldwork's acquisition by CMR's parent company. MediVoice Recruit's innovative approach to recruitment remains the same and our shared core goal is to help our clients shape the future of vital healthcare products, medical devices and services by recruiting the very best participants whether in the UK or across the globe'.
