CX Firm Cyara Raises Funds to Fuel Expansion

Automated customer experience (CX) solutions specialist Cyara has raised more than $US 350m in a round of funding, which it will use for product innovation, to fund acquisitions of complementary technologies, and to fuel geographic expansion.

Alok KulkarniCo-founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2006 by CEO Alok Kulkarni (pictured), CTO Luan Tran and Executive Director Bonny Malik, Cyara helps its clients build and maintain their CX systems with automated testing and monitoring.

New funding comes from K1 Investment Management and Kulkarni comments: 'Cyara was founded with a vision to improve customer experience, and we're delighted to have found a partner in K1 that is committed to the same values and wants to accelerate our growth aspirations.
