The Insights Family Creates MD Role, Adds Ten to Team

Manchester-based kids, parents, and family researcher The Insights Family has hired Will Pearce for its newly created role of Managing Director, while appointing an additional ten new employees across all departments.

Will PearcePearce (pictured) most recently served as Head of Operations at sports brand Bluefin Trading, before which, he spent seven years at digital marketing agency ActiveWin Marketing, where he latterly served as Operations Director. Earlier, he was Marketing Manager at gaming company IGT, and he held marketing roles at business supplies provider Supplies Team Solutions and online betting firm Betfair.

In his new position, Pearce will lead the day-to-day operations of the business, reporting directly to company founder and CEO, Nick Richardson, who comments: 'I believe that Will and our senior management team will continue to inspire our team to deliver even greater things for our incredible roster of clients and partners we are proud and privileged to work with.'

Separately, Lucy Keefe and Stavros Triseliotis have joined the Audience Insights team as Research Executive and Senior Research Executive respectively. The Commercial team has expanded with the addition of Jade Ward as Senior Operations Executive, Nkiru Anisiobi as Business Development Manager, Mélany Pascal as Business Development Executive, Soafyaan Zia as Account Manager and Tanvi Kulkarni as Graphic Designer. Finally, the Development and Data Science teams have welcomed Tushar Palawat and Saud Khan as Junior Data Scientists and Will Watkins as Junior Developer.
