Ipsos has acquired Canadian mystery shopping solutions provider We Check for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1997, Ontario-based We Check (formerly CRG Mystery Shopping) provides mystery shopping solutions to a broad array of clients across Canada. The firm offers services across physical locations, contact centres and digital purchases, with the aim of helping clients improve customer experience and satisfaction. We Check has a team of five, and recorded yearly revenue of CAD 800,000 last September.
