Prescient Healthcare Buys Pharma MR Firm Strategic North

In London, biopharma product strategy consultancy Prescient Healthcare Group has acquired Strategic North, which partners with pharma companies to help them understand how their customers make decisions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jamie Denison-PenderStrategic North is a healthcare market research and strategy consultancy, which applies a combination of an understanding of customer behaviour and decision making with strategic thinking, to help clients drive brand growth. The firm works with global marketing, new product planning, and insights functions to help develop brand value propositions, positioning and messaging.

As part of the deal, Strategic North's team will become party to a more than 460-person global organisation, based in nine offices around the world and six countries. Strategic North will be fully incorporated into Prescient, with strengths combined from the respective teams.
