Survey Dynamix Renamed Mindful Feedback

In the US, experience platform Survey Dynamix has been renamed Mindful Feedback, following its recent acquisition by CX software developer VHT.

Matt DiMariaFounded in 2016 by contact center industry veterans Alasdair Boyd and Alex Romanov, the firm now known as Mindful Feedback helps brands and agents to engage customers at 'critical moments'. Last October, the business was acquired by VHT to enhance its 'Mindful' suite of callback capabilities, through which users can add real-time customer feedback surveys and trigger engagement activities. Since the takeover, both firms have collaborated on combined client solutions that will now be offered within the Mindful brand, with Mindful Feedback able to collect real-time comments immediately after a call center customer interaction.

Mindful Feedback is now available alongside Mindful's core capabilities of voice callback, online call scheduling, and channel transitions and handoffs, bringing real-time voice of customer and survey capabilities to enterprise brands. Matt DiMaria (pictured), CEO of VHT, comments: 'While core capabilities like Mindful Callback and Mindful Scheduler have been allowing businesses to give customers control while creating predictable call volume and tracking user intent, Mindful Feedback now layers on customer and agent insights to move with agility and hone the customer experience even further'.
