Canadian survey software provider Voxco has launched a no-code data analytics platform called Voxco Intelligence, promising to unlock users' customer data using predictive analytics, AI and machine learning models.
Acquired in 2019 by private investment firm Pivoton Capital, Voxco offers an integrated platform to collect survey data through multiple channels including web, mobile and phone surveys. Its existing omnichannel survey capabilities and Voxco Audience (its global panel provider platform) are integrated as one offering under the Voxco Research brand.
The new Voxco Intelligence solution has been designed to gather customer data from multiple sources and interactive channels, filter fraudulent data, and integrate and standardize it to create a '360 degree view' of customers. The solution uses predictive analytics to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty, and analyzes omnichannel customer data to understand customer needs, measure emotion, predict next behavior and forecast business metrics in real-time. In addition, it uses text analytics to identify and prioritize a user's most pressing issues, analyzing underlying satisfaction drivers to understand customer sentiment and behavior.
Voxco Research and Voxco Intelligence are integrated, which the firm says 'enhances data security and accelerates survey research'.
