Customer Experience Firm ISC-CX Expands to Brazil

Swiss/German in-store and omnichannel customer experience analysis specialist ISC-CX is opening an office in Brazil, to support LatAm businesses and brands.

Reinhold AuerFormerly focused on mystery shopping and known as International Service Check, the company rebranded in 2020 and now offers a wider range of services including real-time survey product Voice-2025; POS crowdsourcing app solution Simply Tasks; customised retail audits; and employee surveys - in addition to mystery shopping offers. The company's multilingual local teams are on the ground in more than 120 countries.
