MESH Experience Adds Data Science Director

June 30 2022

Global analytics and insight company MESH Experience has appointed former Kantar exec Siham Chowdhury as Director of Data Science.

Siham ChowdhuryThe London-based firm, which also has offices in New York, collects and analyses data on what people experience about a brand, including all paid, owned and earned touchpoints. The firm's Real-time Experience Tracking approach (RET) captures each encounter people have with brands 'in the moment', and the firm runs several bespoke statistical models across the resulting data set. The expansion of the Data Science function will allow it to provide consultancy and solutions from data lakes through to data fusion.

Chowdhury (pictured) joins from Kantar, where he was a Senior Data Scientist, responsible for developing tools and approaches for understanding unstructured data and building them into products on client projects. Prior to this he was a Senior Data Analyst at Symphony RetailAI, a Data Analytics Consultant at Merkle, a Data Insight Analyst at Wunderman, and a Data Analyst at DataXU. He now
joins recent hires Martin Daniel, Javin Fletcher and Robin Mahachi in the expanded Data function.

Company founder and CEO Fiona Blades comments: 'I'm excited about Siham joining us. Many people at MESH Experience have had a client background and so understand the importance of actionable insights. I'm anticipating that Siham will be instrumental in helping us provide our clients with insights that make a business difference and that are rooted in rigorous analytics'.
