Voxpopme Adds Tool for Ready-made Video Surveys

July 8 2022

Video insights provider Voxpopme has launched Project Templates, providing a library of ready-made video surveys for running qual research and helping scale customer conversations.

Jenn Mancusi VogelVoxpopme's app collects consumer feedback in the form of video responses direct from mobile phones. In February, the firm launched two qual solutions - Theme Builder, to enable users to create custom and categorized themes for video feedback captured in Voxpopme and decide how it groups their qualitative findings; and an upgraded version of Enhanced Filters, allowing users to sift through video data faster, and enabling videos to be filtered based on response data.

With the new Project Templates solution, users can launch a video survey without designing new questions: the solution provides an outline of the survey design, and structures video questions to get in-depth responses from consumers. Templates promises video surveys for all types of feedback, categorized by team and type, and the firm says it will help users take inspiration from video surveys used by other brands, from advertising and concept testing to video testimonials and journey mapping.

CRO Jenn Mancusi Vogel (pictured) comments: 'Video offers an unrivalled understanding of customers when you ask the right questions in the right order. And with Project Templates, qualitative research becomes easy to execute even when you don't have time to create surveys from scratch. As a result, you can get in-depth answers in minutes and easily repeat surveys so you can compare concept, creative, product or advertising feedback anytime'.
