In the US, digital experimentation and AI company Conductrics has integrated customer survey capabilities into its A/B testing, experimentation and optimization platform, to enable customer experience (CX) professionals to use direct customer feedback as a part of their processes.
Conductrics' REST APIs are used for delivering A/B testing and predictive targeting to enable marketers, product managers, and CX stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. The new solution integrates optimization with MR, to provide direct customer insights through which to help companies discover if new customer experiences and product features improve customer attitudes and long-term loyalty, as well as near-term goals such as sales and conversions.
