TDCX Opens Campus in Turkey

October 11 2022

Singapore-based digital customer experience solutions provider TDCX has expanded to Turkey, where its new campus will offer capabilities in Turkish and Arabic, in addition to European languages. The firm also plans to expand to Brazil, Indonesia and Vietnam in the next twelve months.

Sophie ChelmickTDCX provides solutions through which brands can acquire new customers, build customer loyalty, and protect their online communities. Specifically, the firm helps implement customer experience solutions for clients through consulting and analytics services, and uses this approach, combined with Lean Six Sigma root cause identification methodologies, to help transform customer service strategy, customer journey mapping, and CX model design.

With its new location, the company now has employees across 27 campuses globally, having last month opened in Iloilo, in the Philippines. The new campus, which the firm says will better serve the Middle East market, will be led by Sophie Chelmick (pictured), SVP EMEA, who has more than fifteen years of experience of managing Pan-European customer operations, and also oversaw the establishment of TDCX's campuses in Spain and Romania.

Founder and CEO Laurent Junique comments: 'Türkiye is a fast-growing business destination, driven by its strategic location, large domestic market, attractive digital talent pool and strong research and development and innovation culture. These factors have led to a flourishing tech ecosystem with companies that are looking to seize domestic and international market opportunities'.
