Emplifi Hires Chief Revenue and Chief Growth Officers

Customer experience (CX) platform Emplifi has appointed Ken Smith as Chief Revenue Officer, while Vijayanta Gupta joins in the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer.

Headquartered in New York, Emplifi promises brands help in meeting customer expectations across marketing, commerce and care touchpoints. The firm analyzes more than 138 million Voice of the Customer (VOC) data points every day, and monitors social media at scale, helping clients handle over one billion customer interactions each month. Earlier this week, the company acquired ratings and reviews site Pixlee TurnTo.

Smith joins in the US after a career spent executing go-to-market programs at companies including Adobe, Lithium Technologies and SafeBreach. In his new role, he will oversee global field sales operations, focusing on building relationships with customers, and hiring and developing talent. Gupta, who is based in London, brings more than twenty years' experience of building strategic programs with tech companies including Sitecore, Adobe, Microsoft and Accenture. He will now be responsible for accelerating growth through investments and expanding the ecosystem of partnerships across the Emplifi CX platform.
