FlexMR Launches Collaborative Dashboard Tool

November 15 2022

London firm FlexMR has enhanced its suite of analysis and reporting tools with the launch of ActivateMR - using a variety of in-platform data collection sources to help researchers build collaborative, real-time dashboards.

FlexMR Launches Collaborative Dashboard ToolThe company pitches itself as a reliable partner for research teams, helping to make insight 'more relevant, more accessible and more impactful' - and tackling the challenges faced by modern research, product and marketing teams.

The new tool is available immediately to users of the firm's InsightHub, and supports the addition of four tile types: quantitative graphs, video montages, free text and uploaded images, and allows them to be shared with internal and external stakeholders, who can then discuss findings on the board itself. Support for additional data types is planned.

The tool will have a number of key applications: Project Summaries of key qualitative and quantitative data points; Real-Time Trackin, via boards that populate with new data as key projects progress; Insight Retrospectives, using a long-term library to create boards that explore recurring themes or trending topics; Long Form Reports, with guided, 'conversational' breaks; and Interactive Workshops where stakeholders can curate boards in live sessions.

CEO Paul Hudson comments: 'We want to provide researchers with a way to effectively engage stakeholders, and build a culture of customer centricity, in the age of agile decision-making. We've moved beyond a world where it's enough for research data to be seen or heard. Decision makers are inundated with information from a variety of systems and sources. ActivateMR has been built to cut through that noise, drive provide a platform for real-time, insight-driven collaboration and drive action'. Annette Smith, Product Owner for FlexMR, says the new tool is an example of the company's aim to build 'technologies that are going to solve the tangible, commercial problems that insight professionals face', and draws on 'the efficiency of historic data libraries and the power of action-oriented collaboration'.
