New York-based firm Blackbird.AI has released a major upgrade of its Constellation risk analytics platform for conversational and social data.Constellation helps clients to spot and respond to the platform manipulation, bots and 'toxic narratives' which have traditionally limited the strategic impact of their analysis of social media, the 'dark web' and other online data. The firm says its latest release rolls out key new features to users in the Asia Pacific region, offering them 'unparalleled narrative comprehension', decoding emergent threats, and understanding and mitigating 'novel info-cyberattacks'. Users can detect these 'influence operations' and rapidly deploy their own proactive countermeasures, tracking the effectiveness of the latter to guide future actions.
Features range from heat mapping of communities of like-minded adversarial agents by topic, product or organization to the prioritization of mitigation measures and workflows: these can massively reduce the amount of human labour involved in effectively responding to such threats, even where response was previously possible and practical.
CEO Wasim Khaled, who co-founded the company with a team of artificial intelligence and national security experts, comments: 'We're pleased to provide the next generation of our Constellation Platform to give our customers the advantages they need in the increasingly unpredictable and volatile information ecosystem. We're on a mission to empower public and private sector organizations with ground breaking technology that enables trust, safety and integrity while also driving enormous strategic and competitive advantages'.
