Kada Research Expands Management Team

In the UK, economic consultancy Kada Research has expanded its management team, with the appointment of education sector specialist Laura Lane as Associate Director.

Laura LaneFounded in 2011 by Karl Dalgleish, Sheffield-based Kada provides social and economic research, analysis and advice to the public, private and non-profit sectors. The firm has worked on a diverse range of projects on behalf of clients operating in multiple sectors - from universities, through to the emergency services and health, business support and enterprise, and central government and government agencies.

Lane (pictured) joins with almost nineteen years' experience in learning and skills, social mobility and strategy. Most recently she worked for the Department of Education, leading national post-16 and professional and technical education policy developments. Earlier she was Deputy Director of Operations (Education) at the University of Birmingham, responsible for strategy, policy and education service delivery for the College of Life and Environmental Sciences. During her career Lane has delivered a wide range of national policy agendas, programmes and projects, and her experience includes qual research, evaluation, policy analysis, and project and programme management.
