ThinkNow Launches 'Base' Panel Management Software

US Hispanic and multicultural markets research specialist ThinkNow has launched proprietary panel management software called ThinkNow Base.

ThinkNow owns and operates what it claims is one of the largest and most representative Hispanic online panels in the industry, DigaYGane.com, providing sample to MR companies around the world. The firm says the launch of ThinkNow Base stems from its efforts to combat fraud in the industry, enhance the quality of data delivered to clients, and better serve panelists.

In addition to giving it greater control over panelists' activities, the firm says the launch will allow it to offer customized incentives, increase phone call engagements, and expand recruitment streams.
