Social media intelligence and analytics specialist Meltwater has launched its Enterprise Intelligence suite of tools in the APAC region. The firm has also hired two senior execs as part of its 'enterprise push'.
Meltwater analyses more than one billion pieces of online content each day, enabling PR, communications and marketing professionals to make informed decisions. Its Enterprise Intelligence suite uses AI, natural language processing, computer vision and inference models to provide a unified view of datasets across media, user-generated content, influencer metrics, business intelligence and first-party data. The service includes reporting and analysis 'beyond traditional PR and marketing measurements, a 360-degree view of data, and custom data delivery and packaging.
Meanwhile Meltwater has hired Ramnath Bojeesh for the newly created role of Enterprise Area Director for Southeast Asia & Japan, after roles at Scandit, Talkwalker and Brandwatch. In addition, Li Li Chua joins as Customer Success Director APAC, with more than two decades' experience, including client engagement roles at IBM, Gartner and SAP.
