Ghent, Belgium-based consumer insight provider Human8, until recently known as InSites Consulting, has partnered with Japan-based SevenSeas Marketing Research, to help the latter develop communities for its clients in Japan.Human8, which re-branded in March, has a team of more than 900 people across 24 locations, and since Mentha Capital invested in the business in 2018 has acquired nine other agencies. With the new partnership Human8 is further targeting the Asia Pacific region, following its acquisitions of ABN Impact (Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok and Seoul) and Answer Global (Taipei).
As well as providing both qual and quant research services, Tokyo-based SevenSeas offers a customer intelligence tool targeting questions to the most appropriate targets at the best time.
