Hires and Promotions for Bryter

In the UK, insight consultancy Bryter has hired Robert Downer as Senior Insight Consultant and Charlie Wood as Associate Insight Director, both in its Technology and Gaming team; along with four promotions in its healthcare team.

Downer joins from Crowd DNA, with expertise in qualitative cultural insights across categories including retail, gaming, entertainment, media and finance, and using techniques including communities, customer immersions, groups and shopper research.

Wood has spent almost nine years at Vanson Bourne, and will now help to drive Bryter's consumer and B2B technology research offer. He brings extensive mixed mode research experience with major technology brands including studies focused on brand equity, new product development, message testing and market insight.

Meanwhile the company has promoted Jamie Hau to Analyst, Alisha Hardy to Senior Analyst, Julio da Silva to Insight Consultant and Danielle Patterson to Associate Insight Director, all within the healthcare team. Patterson has been with the business for five years, and Da Silva for three, while Hardy and Hau entered the industry via the company's graduate program in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
