Sojern Platform Adds AI-powered Travel Audiences

July 4 2023

Travel sector specialist Sojern has enhanced its Travel Marketing Platform with AI-powered audience segments, to help marketers target the right customer groups and maximise ROI.

Kurt WeinsheimerPowered by artificial intelligence and traveler intent data, Sojern provides multichannel marketing solutions to drive direct demand for more than 10,000 hotels, attractions, tourism boards and travel marketers. With automated audience segmentation and optimization, Sojern says brands can engage with relevant audiences in real time, and deliver tailored campaigns at scale while adhering to privacy regulations.

Through the update, the platform integrates customers' first-party off-line data - including access to historical booking data across various distribution channels - and combines this with AI-powered audiences to offer deeper insights into consumer behavior and preferences. Audiences can now be accessed through the firm's Traveler Audiences To-Go offering across multiple advertising platforms, enabling users to identify and engage with previous customers who are currently in the market.

The firm also says that by enriching retargeting, reactivation and prospecting audiences with data from Sojern's Traveler Ecosystem, advertisers gain a 'broader view of customers' beyond their owned channels or walled garden media platforms. Chief Solutions Officer Kurt Weinsheimer (pictured) comments: 'At Sojern, we've always believed in AI's potential to enhance the travel experience. The latest iteration of our platform benefits both our travel marketing customers and their end consumers'.
