Grid Dynamics Launches AI Focus Groups Starter Kit

July 5 2023

In the US, digital transformation services firm Grid Dynamics has launched the 'AI Focus Groups Starter Kit', to enable clients to create focus groups composed of virtual personas that match the behavior of a brand's real-world target audience, and analyze user-generated content and events.

Ilya KatsovGrid Dynamics' services cover omnichannel customer experience, big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud, and application modernization. The firm says that enterprises can use its new AI Focus Groups Starter Kit to expand their consumer research capabilities, or replace traditional focus groups.

The kit uses large language models to analyze customer reviews, social media posts, comments, and other types of user-generated content and events, and then create focus groups comprised of virtual personas. Marketing teams can interact with these personas using conversational interfaces to obtain feedback and suggestions on the brand's products, messaging, and upcoming social media posts, and then perform other activities that usually require customer research using real focus groups.

Commenting on the launch, Ilya Katsov (pictured), VP of Technology, said: 'Our R&D teams, working in close collaboration with our clients and network of industry partners, have developed a multi-industry generative AI strategy and solution roadmap. We're excited about rapid progress with implementing this roadmap and releasing this new starter kit that extends our capabilities for solving our clients' most complex challenges and furthering the advancement of enterprise AI.'
