Dig Insights Hires Former GutCheck CRO Jess Gaedeke

July 10 2023

Toronto, Canada-based Dig Insights has appointed former GutCheck CRO Jessica ('Jess') Gaedeke as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).|

Jess GaedekeDig, which also has offices in Vancouver, Chicago and London, was established in 2010 by friends and colleagues Paul Gaudette, Ian Ash, Dominic Atkinson and Michael Edwards. Its Upsiide AI-assisted platform helps marketing and insight teams test the market potential of concepts and designs, and features Idea Split, a solution comparing ideas against specific business metrics; as well as an incidence rate (IR) tool called Audience Marketplace. Last September, private equity firm Beringer Capital spent an undisclosed sum to acquire a majority stake in the firm.

Gaedeke (pictured) was CRO at agile research and analytics solutions company GutCheck, then moved to EVP Enterprise Sales at Toluna, after GutCheck was acquired last October. She previously worked for Nielsen, latterly as Group VP, Beverage Alcohol Vertical Lead; was VP, Client Development at Affinnova (which was acquired by Nielsen in 2014); and worked for InsightsNow as VP, Head of Sales.

In her new role, Gaedeke will help support Dig Insights' growth by driving revenue across the business, spearheading strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's overall market presence. Gaudette comments: 'We are excited to welcome Jess to the Dig Insights team. Her deep understanding of the consumer insights landscape and the evolution of technology in our space, alongside her strategic mindset make her the ideal candidate to drive our revenue goals and lead us into the next phase of our growth'.
