Retail Sector Data Solutions Firm Flagship Raises $5m

Inventory planning platform Flagship, which delivers customer-focused, data-driven solutions to the retail sector, has raised $5m in a seed funding round. Money will be used to further accelerate development of the firm's first product, and to grow its customer base.

Flagship's platform uses advanced AI and machine learning models to provide predictive analytics for inventory decisions. By integrating multiple data streams and applying proprietary algorithms, the company helps brands and retailers optimize their inventory assortment, minimizing overstock and reducing lost sales due to understock.
