Digital Services Outsourcing Firm Amdaris Acquired

Bristol, UK-based software development, digital development and data solutions outsourcing company Amdaris has been acquired by digital journey transformation and solutions integration specialist Insights Enterprises. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Amdaris' portfolio of services includes software development, data solutions, strategy and consulting, managed services, and product development, which are fulfilled through clients' in-house teams combined with its own outsourced teams. The firm, which also has service delivery centres in several European countries, moves data pools away from outdated legacy systems and onto cloud platforms, and performs analyses to help clients understand the ways their data can expand their businesses.

Through the deal, Insights Enterprises will add Amdaris' expertise to its Modern Applications and Data & AI practices, to provide customised solutions for back-end, cloud, mobile, data analytics and web front-end.
