Funds for Software Test Platform Qase

August 30 2023

In the US, software test management platform Qase has raised $7.2m in a Series A investment round, which it will use to scale its team, and to launch a 'Jira-like marketplace' for test management tools.

Nikita FedorovQase has developed a platform for both manual and automated testing, with UI (user interface) features, including test case management, defect management, test plans, test runs with reports, an API, and webhooks. The firm offers integrations with issue trackers such as Jira, Asana, Slack, and dozens more, and since 2019, it has processed over 27 million test results for more than 100,000 developers.

New funding was led by Chrome Capital, with participation from Finsight Ventures and S16VC. Qase founder and CEO Nikita Fedorov (pictured) comments: 'At Qase, we want to help QA teams not only facilitate quality gates, but also interpret, aggregate, and collect testing results in one workspace so they can make informed quality decisions. We're going to forge a new market segment in the software testing industry for testing operations.'
