New Leader for GfK Custom Research

GfK has appointed Andrew Reid in the Customer Research leadership role recently vacated by Kjell de Orr. Orr is now Group MD of GfK Martin Hamblin and Reid is Global Head of Strategic Accounts and Client Developments (SACD), Custom Research.

Reid joins from change management consultancy Archer Young, where he was a Board Director, responsible for implementing strategies for cultural alignment following company takeovers or restructuring measures. He is a brand development and brand management specialist who has worked at Siegel & Gale, Saatchi & Saatchi Communications and Imagination.

Reid will report directly to Heinrich A. Litzenroth, Chairman of the Custom Research Board, and will be based in London. According to Litzenroth, the Custom Research market is highly competitive and Reid's many years of sector experience will help the division to develop accordingly.
