In the US, consumer and employee feedback platform Canvs AI has raised $15m in funding, which it will use to accelerate product development and go-to-market expansion.
New York-based Canvs uses a patented AI and machine learning platform to analyze open-ended text, which can be used to help understand how consumers and employees feel, why they feel that way, and the business impact those feelings and behavior create for brands. The company uses a combination of patented, natural language algorithms and its recently launched AI Story Assist solution, to deliver insights from unstructured feedback, and convert open-ended text from surveys, social media and online reviews into a natural language summary.
New funding was led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, with participation from investor Engage. Jared Feldman (pictured), Canvs AI founder and CEO, comments: 'I look forward to accelerating our mission of enabling empathy and consumer understanding to businesses worldwide alongside Fulcrum Equity Partners. They have shown trust in our vision for the future of consumer insights and for the amazing team that has built Canvs AI to where it is today'.
