Dashboard Upgrades for Heap

November 17 2023

Digital insights provider Heap has announced new out-of-the-box dashboard features which it says 'guide users to actionable insights', specifically identifying friction points across the customer journey.

Rachel ObstlerHeap, whose acquisition by digital experience analyst Contentsqaure was announced last month, develops low-code analytics software which highlights key digital behavior and pinpoints quant and qual insights to help teams create the best possible digital experiences. Journeys was launched a year ago and visually maps the paths users take when using a digital product.

Heap breaks down data silos across acquisition, activation, and engagement with a single click. New features allow teams to accelerate growth loops and optimize product enhancements. These make it even easier for companies to deliver intuitive digital experiences to their customers.

The firm says the latest additions to its platform mean even non-technical users can quickly access meaningful analysis without building complex queries. They include an Overview Page allowing a 'one-click dive' into actionable insights across key growth elements of the customer journey, via pre-built dashboards; Acquisition Analytics giving immediate access to crucial user metrics and allowing businesses to understand where users come from and how each acquisition channel is performing across a variety of metrics' an Engagement Chart comparing campaigns' performance in terms of bounce rates and page views, and also linking to immediate action; and Rage Clicks, to help identify and fix the causes of frustrating user experiences.

CPO Rachel Obstler (pictured) says the upgrades are 'a game-changer for unlocking a product's hidden potential. She comments: 'We are investing in our user experience by providing automated insight. This drives down time to value and helps users arrive at 'aha moments' within minutes. By simplifying data analysis, we enable businesses to act faster, enhance user engagement, and increase conversions'.
