Accenture Buy Adds Southeast Asia CX Capabilities

In Bangok,, Accenture is to acquire digital customer experience agency Rabbit's Tale for an undisclosed sum. The move is designed to strengthen the brand and data capabilities of Accenture Song, the former's Interactive customer experience and analytics business.
