Blue Yonder Wins Patents for Clickscape Device

'In The Moment' emotive analytics firm Blue Yonder Research has been granted a patent in the US, UK and Europe for its Clickscape technology, which links measured emotions to specific moments in real time.

Blue Yonder says the device, which is worn continuously by the user, provides 'as yet unseen and unachievable user data and invaluable insights into consumer and patient behaviour and preferences'. Business users can gauge the emotions of consumers or patients immediately throughout the course of interactions with them, and the company says results are 'fifteen times more responsive than app based methods'. As a result, the firm says tough tasks like the validation of fragrance, product and experience performance, and the recording of medical symptoms, become possible for the first time.
