Dashboard Launches for Transaction Processor Cantaloupe

US-based self-service commerce solutions provides Cantaloupe Inc. has released two new analytics tools as part of its Seed Pro software platform: Seed Analytics and Seed Intelligence.

Cantaloupe's systems process more than a billion transactions every year for businesses of all sizes. Solutions include micro-payments processing, enterprise cloud software, and technology for IoT, kiosks and POS. Clients in the US, Europe and Australia include vending machines, micro markets and smart retail, EV charging stations, metered parking terminals, amusement and entertainment venues.

Seed Analytics promises operators 'advanced interactive dashboards' giving a clear view of key metrics across their entire operation and allowing them to identify trends, optimize product mixes and review spoilage levels. Data includes revenue breakdowns by category and other factors, along with costs, performance and weekly trends; replenishment data highlighting what is being delivered, purchased, removed and in highest demand; and order flow illustrations from pre-pick to fulfillment.

Seed Intelligence provides a comprehensive data warehouse, integrating sales and operational data from Seed Pro with operators' existing business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or QlickSense. Users do not need to enter data manually and can create custom dashboards with their combined data, sharing the results across functions within the business.
