Senior DACH Promotions for ISC-CX

Swiss-German-based Customer Experience Management consultancy ISC-CX has promoted Adino Baumann to serve as its authorized representative in Germany, and Sandra Nippraschk to the role of Country Operations Manager for DACH.

Sandra Nippraschk and Adino BaumannISC-CX, which originally focused on mystery shopping and until around five years ago was known as International Service Check, provides in-store and omnichannel CX analysis for global retailers, along with customised retail audits, employee surveys and mystery shopping services. Last year it launched an AI-powered mystery shopping program and VoC initiative reporting solution called ReviewMaster, and a self-assessment tool called Close the Loop - Powered by AI, allowing clients to identify and rectify operational deficiencies uncovered by audits or mystery shopping.

Baumann (pictured top), who is currently ISC-CXs Worldwide Operations Director, will jointly lead strategy for the German market alongside CEO Reinhold Auer. Nippraschk (pictured below) has spent more than fifteen years at the company, most recently as Program Design Director.
