ISG Launches 'Market Lens' Data and Advisory Product

Stamford, CT-based technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has launched a new product providing market intelligence for the buy- and sell-side dynamics of the IT and business services industry.

Paul ReynoldsISG was founded in 2006 by former Nielsen / VNU exec Michael P. Connors, currently employs more than 1,600 professionals in more than 20 countries and based on 9-month results is on course for 2023 revenues of around $300m.

The new ISG Market Lens combines access to a self-service data platform with analyst queries and briefings, and promises users an understanding of the market trends shaping enterprise buying intentions and behavior, plus the supply side's response to them. The data platform includes insights gathered from primary research studies on topics including AI, cybersecurity and global capability centers; ISG research on industry trends such as smart manufacturing, healthcare transformation and cost optimization; and deep-dive analysis of ISG data on market activity indicators, including contract awards, commercial trends and provider staffing levels.

Paul Reynolds (pictured), ISG Chief Research Officer says the new service is 'a comprehensive portfolio of primary research studies and market data that, together, paint a full picture of the enterprise drivers that impact market demand and pricing'.
